MacC Yes Total Health is an organization committed to Total Health. This means that we don't just reference physical health, but we also address spiritual and mental health. We believe that the balance to an individual and their well being is crucial and so we try to end the stigma relative to mental health, and then apply physical and spiritual principles to reinforce our goals.

Our path is mental health advocacy and education, but our goal is total wellness. We are registered in the state of Arizona as a charity and have obtained our 501(c)3 Certification.

We currently provide workshops and training resources for individuals and organizations to help end the stigma of mental health. We also work with mental health providers to assist them in better understanding of their patient base and with cultural sensitivity training.
